Surgical Operating Room Tech

Surgicenter of Kansas City, an outpatient ambulatory surgery center, is seeking a Surgical Operating Room Tech to support safe, efficient same-day surgical care across multiple specialties. In this role, you will prepare and maintain the sterile field, set up and operate surgical instruments and equipment, and anticipate surgeon needs throughout each procedure. You’ll assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping, manage instrument and sponge counts, and help turn over rooms quickly and safely. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with predictable daytime hours, you’ll contribute directly to high-quality outcomes, strong safety practices, and a positive patient experience in a tight-knit surgical team.
