Qualifications Customer service experience 1-3 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required Certified Public Bookkeeper is preferred, not required Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with technology; strong knowledge of computer software and ability to learn technology quickly Dedicated high-speed internet connection (Wireless, DSL, cable, or fiber) Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision Critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, and determination Willingness to learn and support new products and services Responsibilities Provide bookkeeping guidance to QuickBooks Online small business owners via video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, and your deep knowledge and expertise in the customer-facing role Guide small business owners on best practices and optimal utilization of the QuickBooks Online platform Review information input by small business owners for accuracy and provide insights on their data Research regulations to support guidance Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $22.50 - $29.50, Colorado $22.00 - $29.00, Bay Area California $23.00 - $29.50, Southern California $23.00 - $29.50, Washington $22.50 - $29.50, Washington D.C. $23.00 - $29.00. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
