We are looking for a visionary Spa Director who combines leadership, sales expertise, operational strategy, and team development to help shape the future of our growing spa.

Key Responsibilities

As Spa Director, you will oversee all aspects of luxury spa management, including:

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top spa and hospitality talent 
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team culture 
• Lead with integrity, professionalism, and accountability 
• Foster collaboration, positivity, and guest-first service excellence 

Operations Management

• Oversee all daily spa operations for seamless guest experiences 
• Ensure organizational efficiency, scheduling effectiveness, and service quality 
• Manage crisis situations calmly while maintaining a peaceful luxury environment 
• Delegate effectively while maintaining operational accountability 

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive spa revenue through strategic marketing, guest retention, and upselling 
• Maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards 
• Oversee budgeting, expense management, and financial performance 
• Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative strategies

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Spa Director, Spa Manager, Hotel Spa Manager, or Luxury Hospitality Leader

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
