A good Area Manager can earn $85K - $105K. SPORT CLIPS HAIRCUTS (Northern Virginia Area) is NOW HIRING a FULL TIME AREA SALON MANAGER ASSISTANT (MUST BE A LICENSED HAIR STYLIST) to train with AREA MANAGER and support 7 Sport Clips salons in Virginia. This position involves travel, phone/computer work, and strength in Men's Haircutting. PAID CUTTING & LEADERSHIP TRAINING! Pay is composed of $17-$20 Hourly Base Pay PLUS Quarterly Bonus Structure based on measurable increases in Store Performance per Store and per Metric and TIPS from working on the floor, if necessary. Focus is on Service & Retail Sales, Excellent Customer Service, Ability to Train, Communicate Well in English, Cooperate with Others as well as be Professional, Reliable, Respectful, and have a Positive Attitude that is shared with Team Members!
