Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. This rol eprovides hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate engagement, and employe r branding while developing foundational HR skills.
This is a seasonal summer internship designed for students or individuals looking to gain
practical, real-world experience within Talent Acquisition and recruiting operations.
Daily / Weekly Activities & Key Responsibilities
Review applications & screen candid ates
Sche dule interviews with candidates & managers
Update ATS and track candidate progress
Respond to candidate emails & inquiries
Post job openings through digital recruiting and social media
Source passive candidates through focused networking
Assist with intervie ws & hiring events
Support employer branding (social media, outreach)
