We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure our customers have the sweetest experience possible. As the Assistant Store Manager of The Peach Cobbler Factory, you will oversee all aspects of our store’s operations. You will lead a dedicated team, manage daily activities, and ensure that our high standards for quality and customer service are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in hospitality or retail management and a genuine love for desserts. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the dessert shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Plan and execute promotional events and marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong understanding of business management, including financials, operations, and customer service. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Passion for desserts and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
