Inspector
Location: Aurora, CO Pay Rate: $18.50/hr. (W2) - Piece Rate available after training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Piece Rate: Piece rate starts $7 per Condition Report and can level up to $10 per Condition Report based on a tiered weekly goal that is reached. With the piece rate, inspectors can earn anywhere between $25-$50/per hour depending on their work output. Workers are eligible for Piece Rate once they have completed the probationary training period.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, including interior and exterior to inspect for damaged parts needing repair.
- Assess vehicles for signs of wear-and-tear damage and overall condition.
- Will work outside in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail; someone who is trainable
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions: sunny, snowing, raining, etc.
- Must have: Valid and active driver's license
- Constructive criticism is a big part of the training process., so a positive and humble attitude will make things easier.
- Ability to work independently after training with minimal supervision.
