Preventive Maintenance Refrigeration Technician

RWC is looking for a highly proficient and committed Preventive Maintenance Refrigeration Technician to provide service and maintenance to our clients. The ideal candidate must demonstrate dependability and a keen attention to detail. In the end, an effective refrigeration technician will carry out the required tasks to meet professional standards for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and professionally troubleshoot issues.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and service performed.
• Effectively arrange, sanitize, and equip the company vehicle with the necessary tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Emergency on-call availability.
• Familiarity and expertise in the controls and wiring associated with refrigeration systems.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to comprehend and execute both written and verbal directives.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Possess basic computer skills.
