HVAC Residential & Commercial Technician

Job Description Job Description We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Experience 5 plus years in HVAC installation, maintenance and repair. Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating and adjusting parts. Work with team members. Service Titan experience also a plus. Knowledge of communicating, 2 stage equipment and heat pumps preferred. Responsibilities: Play a key leadership role supporting your Operations Manager with small and large commercial bids Ensure operational excellence, safety, and quality service delivery across all customers Oversee installation of new equipment, ductwork, ect for commercial clients Start-up and commission new equipment installed at commercial job sites Diagnose and repair commercial equipment PM commercial equipment Build and earn commercial clients for Pm contracts, service and installs Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in commercial HVAC & refrigeration Proven ability to manage teams, conduct audits, and ensure safety and quality compliance Experience with preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and equipment changeouts EPA Universal Certification (required) Valid driver’s license Ability to pass drug, background, and driving record checks Flexibility for overtime and occasional travel Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge with light and large commercial equipment Perks Company Vehicle: Take-home Company-issued cellphone and tablet Ongoing technical training and certifications Vacation time Growth Opportunities: Clear paths for advancement and relocation Company Description Du-West is a family owned and operated business and has been helping fellow Texans with their homes for 48 years.
