What You'll Do As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you'll provide personalized care that helps our clients maintain their independence. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene Helping with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Providing companionship and meaningful conversation Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed Performing light housekeeping and laundry Offering medication reminders Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Accurately documenting care provided Communicating with clients, families, and our office team Accompanying clients to appointments or running errands as needed What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old Compassionate, patient, and dependable Excellent attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation (valid driver's license preferred) Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening Caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person Experience with Dementia or Parkinson's care is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here We believe great caregivers deserve a great place to work.
