As a Sewer and Excavation Sales Consultant, you'll help homeowners understand sewer issues, recommend the right solutions, and oversee projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to residential sewer repair, replacement, and excavation opportunities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect sewer line concerns and review sewer camera inspection findings

• Prepare accurate estimates for sewer repairs, sewer replacements, excavation projects, and related services

• Explain repair and replacement options using a consultative, customer-first approach

• Build trust through honest recommendations and outstanding customer service

• Guide customers throughout every stage of the project, from estimate through final completion

• Coordinate scheduling with office staff and field crews

• Visit active job sites to monitor project progress, answer customer questions, and ensure quality workmanship

• Work closely with excavation and plumbing teams to help projects stay on schedule

• Develop referral relationships with plumbers, contractors, real estate professionals, property managers, and other community partners

• Identify additional opportunities to help customers with plumbing and underground utility solutions

• Help grow the business through referrals, repeat customers, and exceptional service

Qualified candidates should have:

• Proven experience in outside sales, consultative sales, or business development

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Experience in sewer, plumbing, excavation, underground utilities, restoration, construction, or the home service industry

• Plumbing or sewer system knowledge strongly preferred

• Experience reviewing sewer camera inspections and explaining repair recommendations

• Experience preparing estimates for residential service or construction projects

• Existing relationships with plumbers, contractors, property managers, or real estate professionals

• Previous project coordination or field leadership experience
