Ultrasound Technologist *Per Diem* - Providence Valdez

Performs all the essential functions of the Registered Sonographer. Performs and evaluates sonographic examinations. Obtains clinical history and performs a physical assessment of the patient's condition to determine appropriate testing protocol. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training- Graduate of accredited Diagnostic Sonography Program or Certification with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer within 1 year of hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 9 months- Ultrasound coursework experience in Abdomen, OB/Gyn including clinical rotation Preferred Qualifications: 9 months- Ultrasound coursework experience in Breast, Vascular including clinical rotation.
