Job Title Senior Laboratory Manager Location DeLand, FL (Onsite) Salary $97,100 – $148,700 + $7,500 Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day laboratory operations and performance. Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory supervisors and staff. Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and federal/state laboratory regulations. Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor staffing, workflow, and operational metrics. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field. 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience in a high‑volume, high‑complexity testing environment. Medical Technologist certification (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required. Florida Supervisor License required. Strong knowledge of CAP, CLIA, and laboratory regulatory standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
