Machine Operator - 1st

divh2Machine Operator/h2pIntex is seeking a reliable machine operator./ppHours for 1st shift are 6am to 4pm, Monday through Thursday. Pay starts at $16/hour./ph3Essential Duties And Responsibilities/h3pInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned./pulliRun rotary machine to quality and performance standards, while following standards of work in which they are trained in./liliUnderstand quality standards to audit for quality defects in parts/liliPerform tool cleaning using multiple interments, such as a wooden poker and plastic scrapper. This includes cleaning vents./liliInserting of plastic inserts into molds/liliDemolding parts from rotary table/liliUse a vacuum to clean all particles from molds/liliInspect parts according to quality standards/liliNotify maintenance of issues/liliComply with all federal and state safety standards/liliComply with all housekeeping standards./liliMust have and maintain a high sense of urgency to meet and exceed all production goals./li/ulpThis job has no supervisory responsibilities./ph3Requirements/h3pAttention to detail is of utmost importance/ppAbility to read, analyze, and interpret policies, and procedures./ppAbility to respond effectively to inquiries./ppAbility to communicate effectively and appropriately with customers and coworkers verbally./ppAbility to work within a team environment and take direction from a supervisor or manager./ppExcellent attendance history required./ph3Preferred Skills/h3pCandidates should possess a high level of professionalism, a bright attitude, and a clear ability to effectively communicate between all levels of an organization./ph3Education/Experience/h3pHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
