Monitoring Specialist

Job Location: Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ or Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote) Qualifications 5+ years in Production Support , Application Support , or Production Architecture Strong experience with enterprise monitoring/observability Hands-on with Dynatrace (preferred), Splunk , IBM Tivoli , SiteScope , or Catchpoint Experience designing monitoring strategies , dashboards, alerts, and instrumentation Understanding of multi-tier/N-tier application architecture Experience supporting Web Servers, Middleware, Databases, and Infrastructure Knowledge of Windows/Unix/Linux environments and Shell Scripting Development background with Java and/or .NET Experience with Cloud and Containers (Kubernetes/OpenShift/Docker) Familiarity with ITIL , Incident Management, and Production Support processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
