Junior Technology Support Analyst

Job Overview The Junior Technology Support Analyst provides technology support to the local office for areas including software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, mobile and remote services, audio‑visual, telephone and security systems. The position is based in the New York office (onsite) and the shift is Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm. This role works with local technology professionals and the Firm’s central resources in White Plains. Responsibilities Provide a consistent and high level of customer service. Assemble, install, configure, test, image, troubleshoot and repair hardware and peripherals. Respond to local and central telephone helpline, support tickets and emails, log all calls, and resolve or escalates as appropriate. Provide application support for local installations and Citrix‑based applications. Provide support, troubleshoot and repair for laptops, desktops, mobile devices. Assist with audio‑visual setup requirements and office conference‑room hardware setups. Maintain firm policies and procedures in relation to computer technology. Ensure the security of the firm’s systems by following best practices. Maintain a regular and reliable physical presence to address in‑office technical issues. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, attorneys, and business services professionals. Perform physical tasks such as walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive use of both hands, lifting or carrying up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Manage firm resources responsibly, comply with firm operation, policies and procedures, and perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to administer firm policies and procedures with regard to ordering and configuring hardware. Thorough working knowledge of computer, printer and scanner hardware. Ability to exert moderate to high physical effort. Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software and operating systems. Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing. Close attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities. Handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality. Organize and prioritize work. Work well in a demanding and fast‑paced environment. Work well independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel. Flexibility to adjust hours and work necessary hours to meet operating and business needs. Education: High school diploma or equivalent plus minimum of one year of related experience.
