Request Title: RM - SAP BASIS Developer Role: Architecture Assessment Lead Work Location: Lisle, IL (ZIP: 60532) Duration: 44 Weeks, 3 Days (Starting 3/10/2025) Work Hours: 40 hours/week Top 3 Skill Sets SAP BASIS (10+ years) SAP Administration (10+ years) Performance Engineering Expertise in SAP Systems (Preferred: Automotive Industry Applications) Job Responsibilities: Lead architecture assessments (platform, infrastructure, application, data, and process). Define assessment scope, secure client approval, and provide strategic recommendations. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and manage cross-functional teams. Deliver solutions to complex problems affecting multiple teams. Optimize SAP systems with a focus on performance engineering and scalability. Mentor and guide team members in architecture and performance best practices. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 10+ years in SAP Basis and Administration Location: On-site in Lisle, IL (no remote work) Industry Experience: Not required Travel/Expenses: Not covered Required Skills : SAP Applications,SAP Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : Background Check : No Drug Screen : No Procyon TS
