Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Manage care for patients undergoing elective surgeries such as hips, knees, shoulders
• Provide care for patients with neuro-surgeries and other MedSurg needs
• Utilize and manage PCA pumps effectively
• Coordinate with charge nurses and patient care techs
• Adapt to floating requirements to other MedSurg units

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Experience with orthopedic patients and PCA pumps
• EPIC charting system experience
• Unrestricted RN license
