This role works directly with the CFO, executive leadership, and investors providing critical finance and accounting support for key strategic initiatives. It's an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to finance and accounting management while partnering with operational leaders and investors in a fast-paced, high-growth company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the monthly accounting close and financial reporting processPerform ad hoc financial and business analyses to support company growth, including potential acquisitions and investmentsDrive the annual budgeting and forecasting process in partnership with business leadersBuild and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards for leadership decision-makingIdentify and implement process improvements across finance and accounting operationsSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsProvide financial analysis and support to individual business unitsQUALIFICATIONS — REQUIREDBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or analytics (internships included)Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skillsWorking knowledge of core financial and accounting principlesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organizationComfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levelsFlexible, self-directed, and willing to do what it takes to get the job doneQUALIFICATIONS — PREFERREDExposure to financial modeling for M&A, investment, or valuation analysisFamiliarity with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Experience utilizing AI (Claude)Familiarity with an ERP or accounting system (Sage Intacct experience a plus)WHAT WE OFFERMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchCorporate profit share programQuarterly bonus programShort- and long-term disability coveragePaid vacationDirect mentorship from the CFO and executive leadership, with broad cross-functional exposure
