People Operations Coordinator

Position SummaryLTi Technology Solutions is seeking an People Operations Coordinator to provide hands-on, foundational support across the Human Resources function, with a primary focus on recruiting coordination and HR operations. This is a detail-oriented role designed for an HR professional who can operate independently, manage competing priorities with minimal direction, and support both the employee experience and the day-to-day mechanics of an efficient HR team.Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the People Operations Coordinator will own the administrative and coordination layer of the recruiting process — partnering with external recruiting partners on candidate flow — while also supporting onboarding, HR recordkeeping, benefits administration, and general HR operations. This role is not a full-cycle recruiter to start; sourcing and candidate relationship management are handled through search firms and hiring managers. The Coordinator ensures the process runs smoothly, candidates and hiring managers are well-supported, and the HR function operates with accuracy and consistency.This role is designed with intentional flexibility. As the department evolves, the Coordinator will have the opportunity to expand into HR data reporting, process documentation, and broader administrative ownership — growing alongside the organization based on individual capability and organizational need.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition CoordinationManage job postings across internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, company website, SHRM, Indeed, and others) in coordination with hiring managersServe as the primary day-to-day contact for external recruiting firms — manage candidate submissions, communicate feedback, and maintain an organized pipelineCoordinate all interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and HR — manage logistics, confirmations, and day-of supportInitiate and manage background check processes for all candidates prior to hireMaintain candidate data and requisition information in the ATS with accuracy and timelinessSend offer letters and manage pre-hire communication in coordination with the VP, HROnboarding & OffboardingCoordinate new hire onboarding logistics — paperwork collection, systems access requests, Day 1 scheduling, and orientation supportComplete I-9 verification and E-Verify processing for all new hires in compliance with federal requirementsSupport new hire orientation in coordination with Sr. HR GeneralistCoordinate offboarding processes — system access termination, exit documentation, and separation checklistsHR Operations, Recordkeeping & ReportingMaintain employee personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with recordkeeping requirementsSupport HRIS data entry — new hires, terminations, status changes, and personnel updatesRespond to employment verification requests and unemployment claims documentationSupport compliance tracking — labor law postings, training completion records, and related documentationAssist with standard HR reporting — headcount, turnover, and people metrics as assigned; with opportunity to own this function over timeMaintain and update HR SharePoint — resources, forms, policy documents, and employee-facing HR communicationsBenefits & Administrative SupportSupport benefits administration — assist employees with enrollment questions, qualifying life events, and basic benefit inquiriesAssist with benefits billing reconciliation and vendor invoice tracking as neededSupport open enrollment logistics — communications, scheduling, and employee materialsGeneral HR SupportServe as a front-line resource for employee HR questions — direct inquiries to the appropriate team memberSupport planning and coordination of employee programs, recognition initiatives, and HR-related eventsAssist the Sr. HR Generalist and VP, HR with special projects and evolving HR initiativesMaintain confidentiality of all employee and organizational information at all timesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in an HR or recruitment-focused roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open priorities simultaneously and with minimal oversightDemonstrated experience with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems — ability to administer, troubleshoot, and train others on systems; prior experience with HiBob and/or Paylocity a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and TeamsClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismComfortable operating independently in a lean, fast-paced team environment — able to identify what needs to be done and execute without being directedExperience supporting full-cycle hiring coordination in a multi-requisition environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in a technology, professional services, financial services, or PE-backed company environmentFamiliarity with background check platforms and I-9/E-Verify processesPrior experience coordinating with external staffing agencies or recruiting vendorsExposure to benefits administration, open enrollment support, or HR reportingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredPHR, aPHR, or SHRM-CP certification, or active pursuitRole Context & GrowthThis role joins a lean HR team and is designed with intentional flexibility.
