Junior Data Analys （Entry / Junior Level）

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Junior Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role at CONSULTANT MARKETING. The Junior Data Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources. Assisting in building basic reports and dashboards. Performing exploratory data analysis. Helping to identify trends and patterns in marketing and business performance data. Collaborating with senior analysts and other team members to provide clear summaries, visualizations, and insights that support campaigns and internal initiatives. Documenting data processes, maintaining data quality standards, and participating in regular virtual meetings with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw clear, actionable conclusions. Foundational knowledge of data analytics and data modeling to support report building, dashboard creation, and basic forecasting tasks. Understanding of statistics concepts to assist with basic hypothesis testing, performance measurement, and data validation. Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings, explain methods, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and introductory experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or BI platforms) is preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote, part-time environment. Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed and being open to feedback and mentoring.
