Program Supervisor

Role Description The Program Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pinole, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees ABA programs by supervising clinical staff, monitoring caseloads, and ensuring services align with best practices and client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting observations, supporting treatment planning, reviewing data, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The Program Supervisor collaborates with families and interdisciplinary partners to support consistent implementation of interventions and address case-related concerns. The role also involves contributing to program development, maintaining documentation and compliance, and participating in team meetings and trainings. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including staff coaching, performance feedback, and team leadership. Candidates should possess program management and program development skills, including planning, implementation, and quality improvement of ABA services. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with families, staff, and community partners. Candidates should possess case management skills, including coordination of services, documentation, and tracking of client progress. Relevant qualifications such as experience in ABA or behavioral health, familiarity with evidence-based practices, and a commitment to compassionate, family-centered care. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Social Work, or a related field Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Pinole, CA, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical and professional standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
