Shift Supervisor

Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel Help achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver an exceptional customer experience Perform key-holding supervisor duties, including opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards, accountability, and objectives Monitor and maintain store inventory Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations Maintain professional working relationships with business partners Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance Perform other tasks assigned by management Requirements High School Diploma required Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus Prior cash handling experience Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion Conversational English proficiency Ability to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.) Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely Valid driver’s license and passing an MVR background check (delivery locations only) Passing level 1 and level 2 background checks At least 21 years of age Ability to function independently, demonstrate flexibility and personal integrity, and work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills in retail operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
