Guava is building the self-serve motion from first exposure to paid usage, focusing on a frictionless developer journey. You will own the full self-serve funnel—acquisition, activation, and conversion—with pricing, onboarding flows, and PLG experiments. This is a hands-on, from-scratch role based in Downtown Los Angeles, partnering with product, engineering, marketing and sales. This role requires rigorous data-driven experimentation, clear ownership from day one, and strong collaboration across #J-18808-Ljbffr Guava
