Jobot is partnering with a reputable IT Services company in the greater Minneapolis area to support a maternity leave coverage. Our client needs a Temporary Administrative Assistant for 3-4 months while their employee takes time off after delivery. We're looking for a candidate that is a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, the ability to build positive relationships with both peers and clients, as well as commitment to a temporary assignment for 3-4 months to cover an employee's leave. A growth mindset and delivering high-quality work is a must. The Temporary Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:

• Answering Phones
• Greeting Visitors
• Communication with customers and vendors
• Work in ConnectWise Manager and Sell, ITGlue and MS Office Applications
• Purchasing/Orders of Customer Equipment
• Shipping and receiving equipment and licensing
• Organize and maintain internal inventory
• Assistant in keeping customer files/database updated
• Prepare various reports as needed by the department and leadership team
• Attend office meetings
• Additional duties may be assigned on a project basis
