Responsibilities include verifying purchase terms, finalizing agreements, and clearly explaining all required contract documents to clients. Manage each new account through the payment of the initial down payment, closing costs, and any applicable fees. Develop and implement alternative strategies as needed to successfully close transactions, while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.QualificationsManage all aspects of new owner accounts until deals are finalized and paid in full.Perform daily closing and deeding responsibilities with accuracy and compliance.Liaise with internal teams (NOW and P2G) during rescission and pending payment periods.Review and modify contract terms with new owners as needed to secure the sale.Contact new owners during rescission to provide assistance and answer questions.Maintain detailed statistical records of closings, including rescission rates, rewritten deals, and delinquency metrics.Exercise authority to adjust payment arrangements within Sales guidelines.Apply discretion to deviate from standard procedures when necessary to save the sale.Collaborate with Sales and Deeding Directors to revise agreements and implement strategies to optimize closing percentages.Communicate effectively with owners and internal departments throughout the closing process.Attend training sessions and departmental meetings as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional InformationWestgate Resorts is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status or any other protected status under federal, state or local law.
