• PAY RATE: $260,000 - $390,000 Per Annum

JOB ROLE
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated associate to join its Finance Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of sophisticated debt finance transactions within a collaborative and dynamic legal environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Support and manage a variety of debt finance transactions from inception through closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements and related ancillary documentation
• Advise clients on credit facilities and other financing arrangements
• Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams to ensure efficient transaction execution
• Take ownership of day-to-day transaction management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct interaction

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 3-6 years of debt finance transactional experience (lender-side, borrower-side, or both)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines effectively
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
