Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania is necessary to commence the assignment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in a large Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or a similar environment, encompassing inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing, long-term care, and independent living.
• Familiarity with the NetHealth electronic medical record system.
• For speech therapy positions, candidates must possess CCCs; clinical fellows are not eligible for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in travel therapy is advantageous.
• Experience working with geriatric populations and in post-acute care settings is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility within a large CCRC environment.
• Candidates should be prepared to work across various care levels on the campus as needed; floating to different units may be required.
