Registered Dental Assistant – Periodontal Specialty Practice
$28–$34/hour | Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | 34 Regular Scheduled Hours/Week

Bedford Periodontal & Dental Implant Care is a Privately owned Periodontal & Dental Implant Specialty Practice seeking an experienced, caring Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our collaborative team.

Work directly alongside a Periodontist providing advanced periodontal and implant care using digital dentistry, CBCT, intraoral scanning, biologics, and laser technology .

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Schedule includes ½ hour before opening and ½ hour after closing. Exceptions require approval.

What You'll Do

• Assist chairside with periodontal and dental implant surgeries
• Prepare surgical operatories and treatment rooms
• Provide exceptional patient care
• Take digital X-rays, CBCTs, and intraoral scans
• Assist with digital workflows and clinical documentation
• Maintain sterilization, infection control, and OSHA standards
• Review post-operative instructions with patients
• Assist with inventory and supplies
• Support a professional, team-oriented practice environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Current Radiology Certification and CPR
• 2+ years of surgical assisting experience preferred
• Digital dentistry experience a plus
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning
• CDT coding/insurance experience preferred
