Dental Hygienist – Part-Time

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join an established dental practice in Billerica, MA. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist looking for a consistent part-time schedule with competitive hourly compensation.

Hours may be flexible, with the ability to start as early as 7:00 AM when needed. Additional workdays may also be available at another nearby location.

Schedule

• Monday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• These are the currently available days at the Billerica location.
• Additional hours may be available at a nearby location on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Compensation

• Compensation based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services
• Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting
• Take and review dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records
• Follow infection-control and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with dentists and other clinical team members to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and patient-education skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
