Role Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions, including CKD and OSA. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive territory plans Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys' highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor Build trusted customer relationships Drive product adoption Analyze market trends Meet sales goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, reimbursement, and regional leadership to optimize launch success and gain market insights Maintain high standards of compliance, integrity, and professionalism in all customer interactions Requirements Bachelor's degree 3+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical sales with specialty experience preferred Proven record of achieving sales targets Strong clinical and scientific communication skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Willingness to travel up to 60% Preferred Experience in cardiometabolic or specialty launch environments High-value Focus on hypertension, CKD, OSA, biologic-like oral therapy, post-approval launch, and cross-functional collaboration Work setup Fully remote, with significant travel within territory. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
