Roe Family Healthmart Pharmacies are locally owned independent pharmacies with 8 locations in Weber and Davis County. We have job openings for full or part time pharmacy technicians. Applicants MUST be licensed Pharmacy Technicians in the state of Utah. Experience is preferred. We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly, and hard-working employee who will work well with our staff and take care of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and taking care of our patients in the pharmacy and on the phone

• Process inbound prescriptions and billing of prescriptions using Enterprise computer software

• Counting and labeling medications

• Assisting the pharmacist

• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies

• Completing patient profile information related to the filling of prescription

• Insurance claims processing

• Operating the cash register and obtaining all legally required information prior to ringing out prescriptions for patients.

• Solve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail pharmacy preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail

• Good work ethic

• Ability to prioritize tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Applicants must be licensed in the state of Utah
