Customer Care Associate

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Customer Care Associate will provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about plans and processes Investigate and resolve customer concerns while documenting all interactions accurately Conduct outbound calls to assist customers with complex issues related to benefits, eligibility, and claims Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with a high-speed internet connection Familiarity with call center technologies and computer literacy Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
