Important Schedule Information

*This is a 24/7/365 manufacturing operation.

Production Associates must be able to work a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to support business operations. Reliability and attendance are critical to team success.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll help safely and efficiently produce materials by:

• Operating manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Moving and staging raw materials
• Monitoring production processes and quality
• Performing equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
• Operating forklifts and material handling equipment (training available)
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, safety-focused individuals with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn new processes and work as part of a team
• Ability to work in an active, industrial manufacturing environment
