Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role
We are partnering with a food manufacturing company in the search for Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for packaging ingredients, preparing products for storage and distribution, operating production equipment, and maintaining a clean and sanitary production environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set up production equipment according to established specifications and operational requirements.
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while following company procedures.
Accurately scale and process raw materials according to production requirements.
Handle and store raw materials in compliance with food safety standards.
Manually package finished products and prepare pallets for storage and distribution.
Wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production areas following sanitation procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety, quality, and food safety policies and procedures.
Support daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals.
Assist with additional production tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
No previous manufacturing experience required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and food safety standards.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a culinary environment.
Experience working in food and beverage manufacturing.
Previous manufacturing or production experience.
Experience with sanitation procedures and equipment cleaning.
