Position Overview Watson Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This provider will work closely with Dr. Andrea Watson to deliver high-touch, concierge-level care to a select patient population. The ideal candidate values quality over quantity, embraces preventive and wellness-focused medicine, and enjoys forming long-term relationships with patients while helping them achieve their healthiest lives. What You'll Do Clinical Responsibilities Conduct annual wellness examinations Manage routine follow-up appointments Evaluate and treat acute illnesses Provide chronic disease management Manage medications and treatment plans Review and interpret laboratory results Conduct health optimization consultations Provide hormone therapy follow-up care Support weight management programs Deliver patient education and lifestyle counseling Patient Experience Responsibilities Build lasting, trusted relationships with patients Respond thoughtfully and promptly to patient concerns Collaborate with physicians and team members to provide coordinated care Contribute to patient satisfaction and member retention through outstanding communication and care As our practice continues to expand, opportunities may include: Home-based primary care visits Concierge house-call services Clinical leadership opportunities Program development and innovation initiatives Expanded wellness and health optimization services Who You Are We're looking for a provider who: Genuinely enjoys connecting with people Possesses an outstanding bedside manner Is warm, compassionate, and empathetic Values relationship-based medicine Thrives in a collaborative team environment Communicates clearly and effectively Is self-motivated, accountable, and dependable Is mission-driven rather than volume-driven Wants to grow with a practice long-term Embraces wellness, prevention, and whole-person care Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Functional Medicine Hormone therapy experience is a plus, but not required.
