Job Summary:
The location is in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This operating room position involves circulating in a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, spine, neurosurgical, robotic, general, urology, and cardiovascular surgeries. Candidates are required to bring their licensed nursing credential on the first day. The role includes working the shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Required Qualifications: CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) National certificate, Tennessee nursing license, BLS certification, and experience circulating in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures. Previous experience with neurosurgical and general/robotic procedures is preferred but not required. Critical thinking and customer service skills are essential.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be familiar with Meditech documentation system. The position involves working with advanced equipment such as the Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic digital microscope, the only system of its kind in Tennessee. No float rotation is required.
• Responsibilities: Assisting in surgeries including total joints, spine fusions, neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies, robotic surgeries, urology, and cardiovascular procedures including open heart surgery.
