Position Summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking a safety-focused and dependable Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while operating a cherry picker in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating warehouse equipment, using RF scanners, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a cherry picker to retrieve and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any mechanical or safety concerns immediately.
• Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets and RF scanners, ensuring the correct product, quantity, size, and color are selected.
• Assemble and stage orders on pallets for shipment.
• Transport completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas.
• Verify that all shipments are complete, accurate, and free from damage before shipping.
• Report damaged merchandise, quality concerns, or inventory discrepancies to management.
• Tag and report open or damaged cartons stored on warehouse racks to maintain a safe work environment.
• Receive, unpack, count, sort, and label incoming products as needed.
• Utilize barcode scanning equipment and warehouse inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate equipment, product, or facility issues promptly to the Shipping Supervisor or Manager.
• Support warehouse operations by performing additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

Required

• Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience operating a cherry picker in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret pick tickets and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Target Compensation Range: The posted pay of $16/hr represents the anticipated hiring pay for this position. Individual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, internal compensation practices, and other job-related business considerations, consistent with applicable law.
