Clinical Oversight : Ensure adherence to physician orders, monitor medication and treatment schedules, and maintain accurate MDS documentation. Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, supporting the ADON and Director of Nurses. Care Coordination : Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans for comprehensive care delivery.
