Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a focus on Commercial Construction to oversee and drive the successful execution of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met within budget and on schedule. You will be tasked with developing project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.


The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing regular updates for stakeholders, and troubleshooting any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved. A deep understanding of construction processes, contract management, and budgeting is essential, along with proficiency in project management software and tools.


Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within commercial construction. A PMP certification is highly desirable.
