Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to patients within a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress and clinical findings accurately using the facility's EMR system (ProTouch)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Float to a nearby LTAC facility as needed to support staffing requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or eligibility to practice in the state of Colorado
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or required per facility credentialing
• Minimum of 1 year of professional SLP experience
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday daytime schedule within a structured clinical environment
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn electronic medical record systems

• Prior experience in an acute hospital or long-term acute care (LTACH) setting
• Familiarity with the ProTouch EMR platform
• Experience managing complex, medically involved patient populations
