Phlebotomist

What You’ll Do As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in patient care by ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate specimen collection and handling. Verify patient identity using two or more identifiers Prepare equipment and supplies for efficient blood collection Provide a calm, reassuring experience for patients of all ages Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times Work closely with providers and clinical staff to support patient flow Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with clinic protocols Clean and sterilize equipment, instruments, and work areas following infection control standards Monitor storage temperatures and track expiration dates of refrigerated supplies Inventory supplies and place orders to ensure uninterrupted patient care Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and medical terminology Working knowledge of clinic protocols, policies, and HIPAA requirements Ability to perform efficient, accurate venipuncture with a focus on patient comfort Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment Effective time management and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to clinical direction Strong eye–hand coordination to ensure safe and comfortable procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3–4 years of phlebotomy experience , preferably in a busy outpatient or clinic setting Why Join Us?
