What You'll Do:

Kitchen Leadership: Direct day-to-day culinary operations, supervise kitchen staff, and establish efficient production schedules.
Confectionery Craft: Execute complex chocolate techniques, including tempering, enrobing, ganaching, and mold preparation.
Precision Formulation: Accurately measure, formulate, and mix infused batches to strict tolerance standards and legal compliance requirements.
Sanitation & Quality Control: Enforce strict food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory sanitation protocols throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications

Chocolate Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in chocolate manufacturing, enrobing, ganache preparation, or fine confectionery work.
Culinary / Pastry Background: Background as a Pastry Chef, Commercial Kitchen Manager, or specialized confectioner.
Scientific Precision: Strong attention to detail with experience handling precise weight measurements, chemical/emulsion mixing, and tight tolerance guidelines.
Kitchen Sanitation: Complete understanding of health department regulations, food safety compliance, and commercial kitchen cleanliness.

What You Bring (Requirements):

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older
The Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail. You enjoy following precise recipes where exactness makes the perfect product.
Physical Ability: Able to stand for the duration of a shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
