An established and rapidly growing concrete subcontractor is looking to hire two Assistant Project Managers to join its expanding Florida operations.

Renowned for delivering complex structural and architectural concrete packages, this full-service contractor provides turnkey solutions from preconstruction planning through to project completion. With a strong pipeline of work and an exciting new project breaking ground in Miami during the week commencing June 15t h, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected industry leader at a pivotal stage of growth.

You'll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budge t.

Key responsibilities include

• Supporting project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinating with clients, engineers, superintendents, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Tracking project costs, quantities, and material procurement
• Assisting with field coordination and resolving construction challenges
• Supporting project reporting and progress monitoring

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience within concrete construction
• Previous exposure to project management or project engineering functions
• Experience working on structural concrete, reinforced concrete, or post-tension projects preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Exposure to BIM coordination and digital construction tools is advantageous
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
