Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm (local time)

8am - 4:30 CST for training (3 weeks)

Paid weekly, health, dental + vision insurance available!

Up to $22.31 per hour

Summary

The Provider Contracting Representative is responsible for recruiting dental providers into the network through a combination of in-person office visits and at-home outbound calling. The role involves preparing visit plans, building relationships with dental offices, presenting network benefits, and negotiating service discounts to encourage provider participation. Representatives also process contracts and required paperwork, maintain accurate documentation in internal systems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

This hybrid field-and-remote position requires reliable transportation, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including the ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment at home.
