About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist ,
you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients by fulfilling orders,
providing timely updates, and ensuring accuracy throughout the record
retrieval process. You’ll work closely with our Customer Service Manager
and collaborate with teams across the company to deliver a
best-in-class experience to our clients.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $35 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on order status
- Accurately enter client requests and verify order details
- Confirm facility locations and ensure documentation is complete
- Monitor and follow up on open orders to keep turnaround times on track
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all information is logged correctly
