We are currently looking for a Residential Plumbers to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to installing pipes and HVAC systems. Pay: $20-35/hr plus incentives! Responsibilities Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring) Install and maintain water supply systems Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks) Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc. Repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc. Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units, radiators etc.) Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems Skills and/or Qualifications: Diploma from a trade school preferred Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic Friendly with a great deal of patience #HP1 Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call Overtime Weekends as needed License/Certification: Plumbing Apprentice License (Required) We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
