This is a rare opportunity to build on a well-established agricultural client portfolio while growing and shaping the future of the service line. The successful individual will play a key role in driving growth, developing people and strengthening the firm's position as a trusted adviser to farming businesses, landed estates and rural enterprises across the region.The OpportunityThis role combines leadership, client relationship management and strategic business development. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, helping to define the direction of the agricultural offering whilst building a high-performing team around you.
