ABOUT THIS JOB

This seasonal role works September through March during our normal operating hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm . Depending on workload, overtime or short Saturday morning shifts may be available. As a part-time Experienced Snow Equipment Mechanic, you help our customers stay ready for winter by repairing, servicing, and maintaining snow equipment and light-duty trucks. This includes snowplows, salt spreaders, and flatbed truck bodies. You also install and upfit parts such as emergency lighting and hydraulic lifts. Problem-solving skills are crucial and a strong work ethic is vital! Here's what you need to get started: 2+ years of relevant experience Ability to diagnose, service, and repair mechanical snow equipment Familiarity with equipment brands like Fisher or Western Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to provide basic tools and meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, walking, pushing, and standing for long periods of time
