What You'll Do As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of our dealership. Responsibilities Answer and direct inbound calls professionally while providing exceptional customer service. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information in company systems. Complete required documentation and process transactions accurately. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Qualifications Previous call center experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
